Poland has always fascinated visitors with its combination of cultural cities and pure nature areas. The first spot to be mentioned in this tour is the capital of Poland - Warsaw – famous for many places where tradition intermingles with modernity. The most important tourist attractions like Old Town Area and the Royal Castle were perfectly reconstructed after the WW II. The trip is to be continued into Bialowieza National Park.

We will visit the UNESCO reserve on horse drawn coaches where Europe’s only primeval forests can be observed. The visit also includes the reserve of European Bisons – Europe’s biggest mammal and other wild animals characteristic of the area. Departure for Lublin, which was an important stronghold guarding the country’s eastern borderlands. City tour of Lublin includes the Holy Trinity Chapel and original medieval frescos, the Dominican church and monastery as well as Podzamcze District - the former Jewish quarter of the city.

Departure for Cracow, the place filled with magic. Cracow offers lots of unique attractions: Old Town area with the Market Square with Gothic Church and renaissance Cloth Halls, Jewish Quarter in Kazimierz along with Wawel Royal Castle and the Cathedral. Your visit in Cracow would not be the same without going to Wieliczka Salt Mines. The tourist route open for visitors reaches 135 m under the surface. Along the route, you can admire numerous chambers with interesting interiors consisting of sculptures in salt carved by many generations of miners-sculptors. The most beautiful one is a chapel of St. Kinga with astonishing relief sculptures, salt alter, chandeliers made of salt crystals and the figure of Pope John Paul II made from a single block of salt. The microclimate of the salt mine is used for the treatment of asthma, allergies and other illnesses in the Rehabilitation and Treatment Centre organised underground.

Our next point will be city of Lodz, en route a guided visits in the Auschwitz Museum – former German Nazi concentration camp and the Jasna Gora Monastery in Czestochowa famous for the miraculous icon of the Black Madonna. The history of the town of Lodz started in 20th century thanks to the development of textile industry. The fin de siècle architecture is represented by the factory buildings and residences. Heading to the north of Poland, we will overnight in Torun with guided visit of the house of the great astronomer – Nicolaus Copernicus as well as the famous medieval city Town Hall.

Continue for Gdansk - the historic Hanseatic port with magnificent Gothic and Renaissance architecture, beautiful Town Hall and old port Crane. The visit also includes the Oliwa Cathedral where we stop for a short concert of the organ church music. Afternoon visit of Sopot including the sea pier and panoramic visit of Gdynia, so you could know all three cities of a Tri-city urban area.

On the way back to Warsaw, we will stop to see Teutonic Fortress of Malbork. The stronghold consists of a group of 13th-15th century Gothic fortified edifices. In our last evening in Warsaw, you are highly invited to join optional Chopin piano recital to be organized at one of Warsaw’s historic palaces. A glass of sparkling wine to be served during the concert intermission. It is also worth seeing the palace in Wilanow, the former summer residence of the King John III Sobieski who defeated Turks in the famous battle of Vienna in 1683.
